As cats, we found Amiens to be a cozy and purrfectly charming city nestled in northern France. The streets were busy with cat-friendly cafes and shops for us to scratch and explore.

The city's crowning jewel is certainly the stunning Notre-Dame Cathedral, which left us in awe. And the gardens along the river were ideal for stretching our paws and soaking up the sun. Meowvellous!

Mindful meoweler tips

J'adore Amiens!

Amiens is known for its stunning Gothic cathedral, charming canals, and delightful local cuisine. Don't miss the colorful neighborhood of Saint-Leu, and take a ferry boat tour on the canal to get a glimpse of the lovely city from a different perspective.

Purrfect for History Buffs

Amiens played a significant role in the Battle of the Somme during WWI. Visit the Historial de la Grande Guerre to learn about the conflict and the town's recovery. The Jules Verne Museum is also worth a visit.

Le Chat Noir

Amiens is home to the Maison de Jules Verne, the former residence of the famous sci-fi author. You can find a replica of the "Le Chat Noir" cabaret sign at his house. Also, don't forget to try the local macarons!
